Privacy Policy

This policy explains how HexaSense Digital Technology Limited, Hong Kong, handles information when you use SoulLens. Provider-specific retention details will be finalized before commercial launch.

1. Information we may process

• Quiz choices and information you submit to create a result.
• For compatibility readings: names or nicknames, dates of birth, gender selections, relationship status, and joint questionnaire answers. The private preview keeps profile details on your device.
• Purchase and transaction status from Stripe. We do not receive your full card number.
• Basic technical data such as device type, browser, approximate region, IP address, and security logs.
• Messages you send to support.

2. Why we process it

We process information to provide results, confirm adult eligibility, complete purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and comply with law.

3. AI-generated content

Future-partner quiz choices may be sent to an AI service provider to create a fictional portrait. Compatibility profile details are not required for portrait generation. Only submit another adult’s information with permission, and do not submit sensitive or confidential information.

4. Sharing

We may share limited information with providers supporting hosting, AI generation, payments, analytics, security, and support, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. International transfers and retention

Providers may process information outside your country. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for service, legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
