Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SoulLens, an entertainment and self-reflection experience operated by HexaSense Digital Technology Limited, Hong Kong (“HexaSense”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using SoulLens, you agree to these Terms.

1. Entertainment purpose

SoulLens creates fictional portraits, relationship archetypes, compatibility scores, and reflection prompts from the choices you provide. It does not predict future events, identify a real person, determine objective relationship compatibility, or provide psychological, medical, legal, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility and other people’s information

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use paid features. Only submit another adult’s information when you have their permission, and do not submit sensitive or confidential information.

3. Acceptable use

You may use SoulLens for personal, lawful purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, or use generated content to impersonate, harass, or mislead another person.

4. Purchases

Prices and included content are shown before checkout. Portrait and compatibility results are separate one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may be added where required.

5. Digital content and refunds

Personalized digital content may be delivered immediately after purchase. Our Refund Policy explains the process and does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Intellectual property

SoulLens, its design, software, brand, and original content belong to HexaSense or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to save and share your purchased result for non-commercial purposes.

7. Availability and liability

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, SoulLens is provided “as is.” We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available where they live.
